We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a leading manufacturer based in Warminster. - £40,000 per annum
- Monday-Thursday 8:00-4:45, Friday 8:00-3:45 (39-hour week)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimise all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across every area.
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and reconciliations.
- Drive process improvement and implement KPIs.
- Oversee returns, damaged stock, and non-conforming products.
- Plan and coordinate logistics to support production and customer deliveries.
- Manage transportation and negotiate with 3PL providers.
- Monitor shipments and resolve logistical issues.
