We are recruiting a Sous Chef near Yeovil to join a well-established catering team within a prestigious independent boarding school. This role offers a rare opportunity to enjoy a structured, supportive environment with exceptional work/life balance and generous time off.

Key Responsibilities:

- Catering for up to 70 students and staff daily
- Supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Working a mixture of early and late shifts (typically 06:30-14:30 or 11:30-20:00)
- Maintaining high food safety and quality standards
- Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen team
