Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the bar team during busy shifts
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
  • Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
  • Manage stock, orders and minimise wastage
  • Train and motivate team members
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety and hygiene standards
  • Carry out cashing up, opening and closing procedures, and oversee daily bar operations
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a Pub Supervisor, Senior Bartender or similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers and spirits
  • Experience with stock control, cash handling and bar operations
  • The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
  • A Personal Licence (desirable but not essential)
