This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a busy venue in Shanklin, with an ongoing placement until the end of August, competitive pay, and ongoing support from Platinum Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the bar team during busy shifts
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
- Manage stock, orders and minimise wastage
- Train and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety and hygiene standards
- Carry out cashing up, opening and closing procedures, and oversee daily bar operations
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar environment
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a Pub Supervisor, Senior Bartender or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers and spirits
- Experience with stock control, cash handling and bar operations
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- A Personal Licence (desirable but not essential)
