Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen Leading the kitchen team during service when required Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and hygiene standards Supporting ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation Contributing ideas to menus and food development Supporting weddings, events and busy service periods Training and supporting junior members of the kitchen team What we're looking for We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is confident working in a busy kitchen and enjoys leading a team.
