Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard Taking responsibility for your designated section during service Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and portion control Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services Helping with preparation for weddings, events and restaurant service Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked Supporting junior members of the kitchen team when required What we're looking for We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who enjoys working with quality ingredients and wants to continue developing their skills.
