An opportunity for an experienced senior 5* Bartender or Bar Manager with a genuine passion for fine wines, premium cocktails and delivering top tier service within a rosette-awarded, fine dining environment. Working within a quality-driven luxury hotel in Pembrokeshire, this role offers the chance to develop your career alongside an award-winning food and beverage team where standards, product knowledge and guest experience are central to everything they do.

The role is based at a luxury hotel in Pembrokeshire, overseeing service across refined bar, lounge and dining areas. Supporting a 5* rosette-level fine dining operation, you will work closely with senior food and beverage leadership to maintain exceptional standards while developing the wider team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing bar and lounge service within a top tier hospitality environment
  • Delivering warm, polished and genuinely memorable guest experiences
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge across wines, spirits and cocktails

About you

Location & eligibility

Due to the rural location within Pembrokeshire, you may need your own transport and be able to commute or relocate as the venue does not offer live-in. You must also have the right to work in the UK.
