You'll have access to subsidised bed and breakfast rates on campus.Key Responsibilities As the Rooms Division Manager, you'll provide visible leadership and ensure the smooth running of residential services. Oversee daily operations across student welcome and residential services, including daytime and overnight activity. Lead and support the Senior Student Welcome Officers and Residential Services Coordinator. Ensure students, visitors, guests and colleagues receive a professional, welcoming and responsive service. Work closely with Housekeeping, Bookings, Conference & Events, Finance and student-facing teams to coordinate operations effectively. Support Events and Conferencing administration, including contract management and accurate, timely invoicing. Maintain effective communication, staffing arrangements and operational procedures. Recognise and appropriately escalate welfare, safeguarding and other concerns.What we're looking for We're looking for a confident and organised leader who can balance hands-on management with supporting and developing a team. Experience managing front-of-house, reception or residential operations. Experience in hotel as a Front Office Manager, or Front of House Manager or Reception Manager would be beneficial Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A professional, welcoming approach to customer service. The ability to coordinate multiple departments and maintain effective working relationships. Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. A proactive approach to resolving operational issues and escalating concerns appropriately.Ready to take the next step?
