Help in the day to day running of a busy Pre-press department. Set and monitor targets. Train and motivate prepress staff to meet targets and requirements of the business. liaising with clients and account managers. Action pre-flighted of customer-submitted files as part of the automation Troubleshoot any issues and, where necessary, correct files using Adobe Creative Cloud software products and Enfocus/Heidelberg plug-ins. Communicate any queries or problems with production team members and account managers and ensure all client requirements are documented on Print IQ(MIS system) Prioritise and manage workflow, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and within schedule.
