We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer in Poole, Dorset to join a leading engineering team within a globally recognised professional manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies
- Produce detailed 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks
- Work closely with teams on integrated product development
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing partners regarding production methods and materials
- Prototype, test and validate new product designs
- Support transition from R&D into manufacturing
