Key Responsibilities
- Managing & optimising marketing automation workflows and customer journeys
- Building, launching & analysing multi-channel campaigns
- Developing lead scoring, segmentation & nurturing programmes
- Maintaining CRM data quality & GDPR compliance
- Improving lead routing & sales automation processes
- Managing the HubSpot platform, workflows & integrations
- Creating dashboards, reports & campaign performance insights
- Developing attribution models to measure ROI
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years' experience managing marketing automation platforms
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/automation systems
- Experience building & optimising automated marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Knowledge of lead scoring, CRM management & pipeline reporting
- Experience producing dashboards, KPIs & performance reporting
- Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress or AI marketing tools would be advantageous
