We are looking for an organised and proactive Evening Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Administrator to join a busy pallet network operation in Poole. This role is perfect if you enjoy a hands-on logistics environment, coordinating operations between warehouse and transport teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during afternoon and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise network activities to maintain operational standards
- Allocate and label pallet network freight accurately
- Organise segregation of pallet network trunks for onward distribution
- Scan network trunks and maintain high accuracy (95%)
- Assist with forklift driving during peak periods (valid FLT licence required)
- Liaise with pallet networks and customers for updates
- Support national logistics operations and provide guidance to drivers
- Monitor and enforce load security and safe handling of freight
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and conduct equipment checks
- Provide administrative support in the warehouse, including scanning, manifesting, and record-keeping
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in transport, warehouse operations, or warehouse administration (pallet network experience desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
