We're recruiting an Assembler in Poole, Dorset to join a well-established electronics manufacturer producing high-quality PCB and electronic assemblies.
You'll Enjoy:

Key Responsibilities
- Hand soldering electronic components to a high standard
- PCB assembly (SMT and through-hole processes)
- Working with fine-pitch components with accuracy and care
- Mechanical assembly of electronic units and enclosures
- Cable preparation, crimping, and wiring tasks
- Inspecting, testing, and quality checking completed assemblies
- Rework and modification of electronic boards where required
- Working from technical drawings, BOMs, and build instructions
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing
- Strong hand soldering skills, including fine-pitch components
- Good understanding of SMT and through-hole processes
- High attention to detail and steady manual dexterity
- Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions
- A reliable, team-focused approach in a production setting
