Key Responsibilities
You'll provide exceptional treatments and guest experiences by:
- Delivering massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and beauty treatments
- Providing excellent customer service and professional aftercare advice
- Handling enquiries and supporting bookings via phone, email, and the booking system
- Recommending treatments and retail products to enhance the guest experience
- Maintaining outstanding hygiene standards throughout the Spa
- Supporting the daily administration and smooth running of the spa
- Following all health & safety procedures
What we're looking for
To be successful, you'll have: NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy and/or Massage (or equivalent).
