Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and induction of new team members
  • Coordinate staff uniforms, including issuing, tracking and stock management
  • Ensure team members understand company policies, procedures and service standards
  • Create and maintain room maps and accommodation layouts
  • Coordinate room allocations to maximise occupancy and operational efficiency
  • Carry out routine room inspections, ensuring cleanliness, safety and presentation standards are met
  • Respond to and resolve owner, member and guest complaints professionally and effectively
  • Support Meet the Manager sessions, gathering feedback and building strong relationships
  • Supervise team members and monitor service delivery across daily operations
  • Handle operational issues and ensure company procedures are followed
  • Maintain accurate records, including onboarding documents, room allocations, inspections and incident reports
  • Liaise with internal departments to support effective communication
  • Complete required company training and compliance courses
