Key Responsibilities
As part of the transport team, you'll play a key role in delivering goods safely and efficiently across the UK. Your duties will include:
- Completing daily vehicle safety checks before every journey
- Delivering goods nationwide in line with delivery schedules
- Complying with tachograph regulations and driver hours legislation
- Accurately completing delivery paperwork and records
- Carrying out overnight tramping when required
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
- Working closely with the wider transport team to maintain high standards
What we're looking for
We're looking for a reliable Truck Driver who takes pride in delivering a professional service. You'll ideally have:
- A valid C+E licence, Driver Card and DQC Card
- A strong understanding of tachograph and drivers' hours regulations
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Experience working as a Class 1 or Class 2 Driver would be advantageous
