You’ll enjoy:

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately managing room reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
- Supporting the weddings, events, and conference team with group bedroom allocations and administration
- Assisting with show rounds where required
- Maximising occupancy through effective upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service through all stages of the guest journey
- Working closely with the reception team to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Previous hotel reservations experience
- Strong knowledge of Guestline or Rezlynx (essential)
- Experience managing hotel bookings and guest enquiries
- Immediate availability with no notice period or planned holidays during the assignment
- The right to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous due to the location
