Night Manager – Epping Forest | £15.00 per hour, flexible shifts & weekly pay
We\’re recruiting for an experienced Night Manager to support a well-established hospitality venue based in Epping Forest. This is a hands‑on role where you\’ll take ownership of the property overnight, ensuring guest safety, smooth operations, and a seamless handover for the morning team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling late guest check‑ins, early check‑outs, and room allocations or upgrades via the CRM and Reception systems
- Completing audits covering fire, health & safety, security, and compliance, with a clear handover to the Management Team
- Preparing for breakfast service and delivering a detailed shift handover
- Managing cleaning duties and maintaining property standards throughout the shift
- Leading evacuations in line with procedures if a fire alarm is activated
What we\’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Night Supervisor or manager within hotels or similar environments
- Availability to work a 4 on / 4 off rota
- A valid Fire Marshal certificate and First Aid qualification
- A full UK driving licence, as there is no accommodation on site
- Knowledge of Rezlynx or Guestline systems
