Key Responsibilities
As Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding food and maintaining exceptional standards:
- Lead, train and mentor junior kitchen staff including Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs
- Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets quality and consistency standards
- Support restaurant service, bar food, functions and events
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, allergens, COSHH and HACCP
- Complete all kitchen documentation accurately and on time

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality hospitality environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience supervising and training junior chefs
