Key Responsibilities: As Meetings and Events Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional client experiences by:
- Proactively selling conferences, weddings, meetings and Events spaces
- Building strong relationships with corporate and agency clients
- Managing enquiries, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
- Conducting show-rounds and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings
- Coordinating logistics with operational teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Managing sales forecasts, budgets and CRM reporting accurately
- Supporting the wider sales strategy alongside the Director of Sales
- Attending sales meetings and providing pipeline and performance updates
What we're looking for: We're looking for a confident and proactive individual who has:
- At least 2 years' experience within events sales or hotel sales in a luxury venue
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience managing client expectations from enquiry through to delivery
- Wedding sales experience would be advantageous
- A professional and personable attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
