Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver engineering projects for marine engines, gearboxes, drives, and auxiliary systems across yachts, CTVs, ferries, and workboats.
- Maintain, repair, and overhaul marine engines and transmissions.
- Integrate propulsion and auxiliary systems into vessels.
- Collaborate with naval architects, shipyard personnel, and operators.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and uphold high‑quality engineering standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Marine Engineering Apprenticeship to City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Recent experience with marine engines, gearboxes, and boat systems (up to 40 m).
- Familiarity with engine and gearbox brands we represent and manufacturer training courses.
- Strong diagnostic, problem‑solving, and technical skills.
- Experience with overhauls, refurbishments, and maintenance to the highest standards.
- Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction, with the ability to work independently.
