We're looking for a highly organised Warranty Administrator to join a central team based in Maldon. You'll play an important role in managing warranty claims from initial submission through to payment, working closely with branches, manufacturers and suppliers across the Agriculture and Construction divisions. Key Responsibilities As a Warranty Administrator, you'll take ownership of claims and make sure they are accurately submitted, actively managed and followed through to completion. Reviewing completed warranty repair orders and checking all required information is included. Preparing and submitting warranty claims through manufacturer systems. Ensuring claims are accurate, compliant and submitted within required deadlines. Monitoring claims through approval, credit and payment. Reviewing outstanding and aged claims and proactively following up overdue payments. Investigating rejected, queried, reduced or unpaid claims and working towards a resolution. Liaising with branch teams, Service Managers, Service Advisors, Parts Departments and technicians to resolve discrepancies. Supporting warranty audits and maintaining accurate supporting documentation. Keeping up to date with manufacturer warranty policies and communicating relevant changes. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, recovery levels and turnaround times. What we're looking for This Warranty Administrator position would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing a busy workload. Previous warranty administration experience would be beneficial, particularly within agriculture, construction, automotive, commercial vehicles, plant or machinery. Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident investigating discrepancies and resolving issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A methodical approach with the ability to manage multiple claims at different stages. Comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising workload. Confident using computer systems, spreadsheets and online portals. Self-motivated, reliable and able to take ownership of tasks. A proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
