Join a growing precision engineering team in Lymington with real career progression. We're recruiting for a CNC Miller to join a precision machining company based in Lymington, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, modern workshop equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, producing high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities
- Programming, setting & operating HAAS CNC machines
- Manufacturing small precision components in steel, plastics, brass & aluminium
- Maintaining high-quality standards throughout production
- Working from existing tooling & repeat component drawings
- Using measuring equipment to ensure accuracy
What we're looking for
- Experience as a CNC Programmer & Setter
- Strong knowledge of HAAS machines
- Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
- Confident use of measuring equipment
- A flexible attitude & ability to work within a small, friendly team
