Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm and professional approach
  • Provide concierge-style assistance, including directions and local recommendations
  • Escort guests and assist with luggage handling
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles as part of the valet parking service
  • Drive estate buggies and provide local shuttle transfers
  • Maintain accurate luggage records and a well-presented driveway
  • Deliver discreet and personalised customer service
  • Work closely with colleagues across all departments to exceed guest expectations
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain required certifications
  • Support the wider team with additional duties as business needs require

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a luxury, five-star hospitality environment
  • Previous porter or valet parking experience
  • A full UK or EU driving licence & at least 3 years' UK driving experience for the relevant vehicle type
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Friendly, confident and professional manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
