Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train and manage the reservations team to deliver fast, accurate, customer-focused booking services.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, appraisals and manage monthly rotas.
- Oversee the full reservations process from enquiry to confirmation.

- Confidence using reservations systems, PMS and Microsoft Office.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and make decisions.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
