Looking for a Senior Regional Risk Advisor opportunity with flexibility, autonomy, and the potential to secure a permanent position? This temporary assignment offers a great opportunity to join a growing leisure business, based in Lincolnshire, while covering sites across Scotland, Lincolnshire and North Wales.

Based within the North Region, you'll play a key role in supporting operational teams, driving compliance, and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and welfare across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct health and safety audits and inspections across multiple sites
  • Lead accident investigations and recommend corrective actions
  • Deliver health and safety training to managers and employees
  • Review risk assessments and safe systems of work
  • Monitor compliance through health and safety management systems
  • Review water hygiene results and implement required actions
  • Support fire safety procedures, drills and emergency planning
  • Produce reports and provide guidance to senior management
  • Assist with the development and implementation of health and safety policies
  • Promote a positive safety culture across all locations

What we're looking for

  • A recognised Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH Diploma, Degree, NVQ or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years' recent experience in a similar role within leisure, hospitality or a multi-site environment
  • Experience conducting audits, investigations and compliance reviews
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage a regional workload
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Previous experience within the holiday park or leisure sector, IOSH Chartered Membership, CIEH membership, or experience using Prime would be advantageous.
