- Support and report directly to the General Manager.
- Ensure high standards of food service and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee staffing levels, rotas and daily operations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and company standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar environment and confidence managing teams.
- Previous Contract Catering experience.
- Background in staff restaurants, conference centres, schools, universities or similar.
- Proven experience supervising or managing a large team.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
