Prepare and serve high-quality plated breakfasts for approximately 50 guests Take ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring dishes are delivered consistently and efficiently Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and stocktaking, and minimise food waste Maintain excellent cleanliness and comply with HACCP and food safety regulations Complete kitchen opening and closing checklists Support the main kitchen with preparation, lunch and dinner service, or room service orders when required Ensure all food is prepared and presented to an excellent standard Work closely with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth daily operations What we're looking for We're looking for a confident Chef who enjoys early mornings and can independently deliver a high-quality breakfast service.
