Based near Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, you'll create seasonal menus using quality regional produce while helping the restaurant deliver memorable dining experiences. You will: Lead, coach and inspire the kitchen team Create seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients Maintain consistently high standards of food and presentation Manage food costs, stock control, wastage and profitability Recruit, train and develop kitchen team members Maintain excellent food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards Introduce new dishes and continually improve the food offering Work closely with senior culinary and operational leaders Create a positive kitchen culture focused on quality and developmentWhat we're looking for The successful Head Chef will combine strong leadership skills with genuine creativity and commercial awareness. Previous experience within a quality restaurant, hotel or Rosette-standard operation would be ideal.
