The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing existing customer accounts
  • Proactively contacting customers to generate repeat business and upsell seasonal products
  • Building strong relationships through excellent customer service
  • Handling enquiries, resolving issues and turning challenges into opportunities
  • Liaising with warehouse and transport teams to keep customers updated
  • Speaking with suppliers regarding deliveries and order changes
  • Working towards team sales targets with support from the Head of Sales
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity

What we're looking for

To be successful as an Internal Sales Coordinator, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in internal sales, outbound sales or a customer-facing sales role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, target-driven approach
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A background in foodservice, hospitality or FMCG would be advantageous
  • A full UK driving licence and your own transport, as you'll work between the North Baddesley and Southampton sites
