Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and presenting high-quality pastry, desserts and baked goods to exacting standards Supporting the development of menus, new dishes and seasonal specials Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation across all pastry production Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient pastry section Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the pastry operation Supervising and supporting junior members of the pastry team Ensuring high standards of food hygiene, health and safety are maintained What we're looking for Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef, Senior Pastry Chef or similar A genuine passion for pastry and a keen eye for detail Experience working within a high-quality, busy kitchen environment Strong technical pastry skills and a creative approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A proactive, organised and hands-on approach The ambition to develop and progress within a luxury hospitality environment Ready for your next move?
