What you'll be doing
- As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen:
- Assist with menu planning and seasonal dish development
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
- Train and support junior team members
- Help manage stock control and minimise waste
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained
