What you'll be doing

  • As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistently high standards:
  • Prepare and cook dishes to recipe specifications and presentation standards
  • Ensure ingredients are prepared and available for service
  • Monitor quality, flavour, and consistency of all dishes leaving your section
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and food safety standards
