Key Responsibilities
- Delivering new starter inductions and maintaining HR records
- Managing the HR inbox and assisting with employee queries
- Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment activities
- Preparing contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
- Coordinating long service awards and employee communications
- Updating the internal intranet and managing Right to Work checks
- Using Excel, PowerPoint and Canva to create and maintain HR materials
What we\βre looking for
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experienced in admin or HR support roles
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Canva experience desirable)
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Familiar with TMS or similar HR systems (advantageous)
