Key Responsibilities

As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen by:

  • Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Leading the team during service and managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
  • Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Training, mentoring and developing junior chefs
