Role: Hotel Receptionist Location: Gloucester Salary / Rate of pay: From £12.85 per hour Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy hotel in the Gloucester area and we have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Hotel Receptionist to join the team on an immediate basis. What’s in it for you? Hourly rate – Get paid for every hour that you work. Weekly pay – You get paid every Friday. Live-in can be provided if required 40 hours per week Package From £12.85 per hour depending on experience What’s involved? Reception duties will include but not limited to: Checking guests in and out Taking reservations for room bookings Assign rooms (Walk-in’s) Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving any customer complaints Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking Liaising with all departments on a day to day basisRequirements: Minimum of 12 months hotel front office experience Flexibility to work on weekends if required. Have a friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
