What's involved?

As Pastry Chef, you'll take responsibility for the pastry section, creating exceptional desserts, breads, and sweet treats while working closely with the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the pastry section.
  • Assisting with the creation of seasonal dessert menus.
  • Maintaining exceptional presentation and consistency across all pastry dishes.
  • Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained.
  • Managing stock levels and minimising waste.
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
