Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Chefs and Catering Assistants.
Organise rotas, set objectives, and identify training needs.
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and compliance with dietary requirements.
Oversee production planning, stock control, and waste management.
Manage catering budgets and support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
