Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve holiday and ownership propositions across accommodation, experiences, food and beverage, and ownership benefits
- Map and optimise the end-to-end guest and owner journey
- Lead pilots and roll out successful initiatives across all parks
- Partner with marketing teams to create compelling value messaging
- Own all on-park marketing strategy and execution
- Drive incremental revenue and increase spend per guest
- Build a strong owner community to improve retention and advocacy
- Track proposition performance, ROI, and customer feedback
