Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a contract catering site in Dundee who are looking for a Head Chef to join their catering team for 3 weeks from Monday 9th June.

Package: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour
What's involved?
As a Head Chef in this school setting, you will be overseeing the food offering over Breakfast and Lunch - Monday to Friday.
Small breakfast operation, 2 lunch sittings for up to 100 children at 1st sitting and about 50 - 60 at the 2nd sitting. Lunch is 2 Hot main courses, sides and vegetables and 1 dessert.
One stipulation is the school can only let someone on site who has a current PVG / Disclosure Scotland certificate (ideally dated in the last 6 months).
Parking in Dundee is not easy, the school has no car park and most parking is metered. There is some free car parking available but not much. They are about a 10 min walk from the train or bus station in the centre of Dundee.
