What's involved?

As Head Chef you will obviously know your way around the kitchen and be able to demonstrate your vast food knowledge with an emphasis on seafood and meat from local suppliers. Part of this role will therefore include developing a strong rapport with the local fisherman and suppliers. Naturally you will be able to mentor, train and spearhead your kitchen team to work to a high level and create innovative, interesting menus that get people talking for all the right reasons.
