We're recruiting for a Production Planner to join a well-established manufacturing business in Ringwood. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate work orders and ensure production plans align with business priorities.
- Create, plan, and route work orders through the manufacturing process.
- Generate and maintain production routes within the ERP system.
- Review raw material and component requirements.
- Release work orders daily in line with capacity and priorities.
- Prepare drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Create and review Bill of Materials (BOM) reports.
- Identify and correct planning and BOM data errors.
- Process engineering change requests.
- Support make‑or‑buy decisions with Engineering and Purchasing.
- Communicate production priorities and progress to shop floor teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Previous experience in a production planning or manufacturing planning role.
- Experience using MRP or ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
- A good understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow.
