Key Responsibilities:
As an Inventory and Stock Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock management and efficient inventory operations across the business, including:
- Managing day-to-day inventory operations and stock accuracy
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Conducting stock audits and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Analysing sales trends and developing replenishment plans
- Working closely with suppliers and logistics partners to maintain product availability
- Coordinating inbound deliveries and inventory allocation
- Developing KPIs to monitor stock performance and inventory accuracy
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Supporting inventory system improvements and optimisation projects

What we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years' experience within stock control, inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or within a similar inventory-focused role
- Experience as a Warehouse Stock Controller or within a warehouse stock management environment would be advantageous

- Knowledge of forecasting, procurement, and stock planning processes
