Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver a warm, professional first impression
• Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests and reservations
• Support with booking spa treatments and guest experiences
• Ensure guest areas remain organised and presentable
• Help create personalised stays so every guest feels valued
• Work closely with the wider front‑of‑house team to maintain high standards

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or similar front‑of‑house role within a luxury hotel environment
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Ability to work a 40‑hour rota including evenings and weekends
• A positive, team‑focused attitude and willingness to learn
