Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Presenting menus, explaining specials, and answering questions
- Taking accurate food and drink orders
- Serving meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Checking guest satisfaction throughout service
- Processing payments accurately
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Following all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
