£45,000 + Service charge of up to £5k.
Overview
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a stunning 5* Hotel in the beautiful location of Ascot and have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the smooth running of all restaurant services through close liaison with the Head Chef, Assistant Manager and service team.
- To develop a well‑structured team of food and wine service motivated to deliver the highest levels of service and guests care and exceed expectations at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years Rosette Restaurant management experience is essential.
- Experience in a 5* Hotel.
- Knowledge of Food & Wine.
