- Manage all goods inwards activities, including receiving, checking, and organising deliveries
- Support the parts and showroom team with daily operations
- Assist customers with enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Support retail sales across parts, hardware, clothing, and machinery
