As an Event Coordinator, you'll support the successful delivery of bookings while maximising opportunities across the events operation.
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Handle enquiries and bookings by telephone and online
- Proactively convert enquiries into sales
- Process, amend and update bookings accurately
- Conduct show rounds for prospective clients
- Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maximise revenue through effective upselling
- Complete administration and confidently use technology
- Work flexibly around customer and team requirementsWhat we're looking for
We're looking for a confident and organised professional with experience in events and a strong focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in a similar Event Coordinator role
- Delphi experience is essential
- Experience using Opera Cloud
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
