We're recruiting an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for a single, high-end hospitality site in Freshwater on the Isle of Wight, offering a fantastic seasonal opportunity from April to September. Set in a stunning coastal location, this role combines leadership in premium service with the lifestyle benefits of working by the beach on the Isle of Wight.

Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing professional, personalised fine-dining service
- Taking and monitoring accurate food and wine orders
