  • Carry out routine testing & inspections
  • Alarm activations, visual inspections & functional checks
  • Ensure accurate & detailed documentation is maintained
  • Strong technical skills, including relevant regulations (BS 5839)
  • Respond to emergency call-outs & undertake any necessary repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service & maintain good relationships with clients
  • Report any faults or potential issues to the appropriate teams
