Lead the hotel\’s annual budget process alongside the General Manager
* Monitor and control costs, auditing financial procedures and training management teams
* Produce monthly capex and period-end reports
* Manage payroll, accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and ledger control
* Oversee the purchase ledger and ensure timely supplier payments
* Forecast business performance accurately and consistently
* Line manage and develop the finance team
