As the Financial Controller at this prestigious property, you\’ll be a key member of the senior management team, overseeing all aspects of finance and supporting the General Manager in driving business performance. Lead the hotel\’s annual budget process alongside the General Manager
* Monitor and control costs, auditing financial procedures and training management teams
* Produce monthly capex and period-end reports
* Manage payroll, accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and ledger control
* Oversee the purchase ledger and ensure timely supplier payments
* Forecast business performance accurately and consistently
* Line manage and develop the finance team
